Very disappointed this product did not whiten my teeth at all after following the instructions to the letter. I am upset that I spent my money on this product which doesn’t seem to be what is says in the advertisement. I’m an unhappy customer for sure. Hismile recommends brushing your teeth for two minutes before whitening, and rinsing with water afterwards. You can find full Hismile instructions on the box that comes with your kit. How often do you use Hismile? Some people find they drool sometimes while using these kits, so the shorter the treatment time, the better. The short treatment time of just 10 minutes a day is definitely a benefit, though; many other kits on the market take 20-45 minutes.
