About this deal

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. As a router, the AI Cube is excellent; it picks up signal easily as a modem and broadcasting is good without being excellent.

The main feature of the Huawei AI Cube beyond providing 4G home broadband, is its smart speaker credentials. On the plus side, with far-field voice recognition thanks to four microphones, it seemed to respond quickly to being woken with the word 'Alexa' and it was able to make out commands even in a room with a fair bit of hustle and bustle. This got me thinking that maybe it was something to do with the "Cat" specification of the modems in the different devices. Its bass is far deeper, its mids are more detailed and better projected, dynamics are leagues ahead; the scale of the sound is barely comparable. I assumed that Three were just applying some sort of throttling to the home broadband account, but the other day I tried switching the SIM cards around and found that the home broadband one gave 30mbps on her iPhone and her SIM dropped back to 15mbps in the B900.

Not bothering now I'm going to stick with this 4/5g router And it’s not limited just to 4G, as using the ethernet port you can also use the Huawei AI Cube as a Wi-Fi router, with support for 802. It has rapidly ascended the ladder to become one of the world’s biggest smartphone manufacturers, partly through pioneering combinations of components. And it’s a speaker that you’ll likely want to listen to music through, as it includes a 400ml sound cavity and an aluminium diaphragm.Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit activities Firm Reference Number 656489. I have been through all the available bands this evening and I can see I'm getting similar speeds on both band 1 and band 3, which total somewhere close to what I was getting with my wife's iPhone X. The built in Alexa struggles to pick up the wake word and is far less responsive than the eco dot Gen 1 we also have. Appreciate the comments, but as I mentioned in my original post, the same sim card gives massively different results depending on which device I put it in.

The standard router web UI interface works well and has all off the standard router functions port forwarding etc. Trawling through technical specifications is usually the only way to determine what combinations of carrier aggregations a device can do. Defective product sim tray keeps ejecting the sim card, seller stalls for time asking over and over again for pictures and videos and asking if you are or not entering the sim at an angle asking stupid useless questions. On paper, the AI Cube is capable of connecting up to 64 devices simultaneously at 300Mbps download speeds and 50Mbps upload speeds. If you're looking for a device to use on Three then looking for one that is capable of aggregating at least B3+1 would be a good bet. However, when browsing these forums I see that people further away from their nearest mast than I am are getting much higher speeds on the B900.
