About this deal

My Three and Me is a family, travel, and lifestyle blog, and the thoughts and opinions expressed on this site are my own and are not in any way intended to represent professional advice.

He was at school all day but when he got home he was able to open all his presents and celebrate in style at his tea party. I have never really made jelly in my adult life, so have absolutely no moulds or anything, so I was pleased they had included a cute matchign blue one in the box! Note: you can add fruit or juice, but avoid fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya as these fruits will stop your jelly from setting. I was a little apprehensive of eating jelly that contained glitter – even if it is edible glitter it just didn’t sit well with me at first but I needn’t have worried as it tasted delicious and all the glitter did, was give it a lovely shimmer. My blog follows my dream of becoming a Stay at Home Mum, the reasons behind it and all the joys of trying to work with a small child. My name is Latoyah and I am passionate about creating healthy, easy and delicious meals that are perfect for healthy home cooking. Our suppliers do have to inform us of any reportable allergens that the flavourings contain, so that we can label our products appropriately. What this means is that we can't share the exact recipe with people, as this could mean they could replicate the recipe and gain a commercial advantage.

I love to create slimming friendly meals that are easy to prepare and that the whole family can enjoy. We use sweeteners in some of our jelly products to give people who want to consume less sugar a choice. I poured it into my mould and left it to set whilst I made up some burgers, potato wedges and salad Then I went to get the table and chairs out, I hung streamers, poured drinks and lit the barbecue. Both girls enjoyed their first real taste of jelly, I think that they’ve had a little bit before but this was the first time they had had their own portion. There’s a new range of jelly from Hartley’s available now and it’s extra special — it’s a range of glitter jelly! Once set the glitter is even more obvious with a shimmering sparkle visible throughout the strawberry flavoured jelly. All of our Ready to Eat jellies are suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, with just one exception - currently our 10 Cal Key Lime Pie flavour jelly is suitable for vegetarian but not vegan diets. Even though it's not obvious from the photo above the glitter was noticeable as soon as I added the water. Not long after our box arrived it was James’ 7th birthday – the perfect excuse for a party if ever there was one.

The flavour too was spot on, there were lots nice berry flavours, with tones of raspberry and blueberry. His favourite present was his Chewbacca Mask – if you’ve not seen / tried one yet it’s a must, we always laugh when James has his on. As we had been enjoying such glorious weather it made sense to get out in the garden with a barbecue and our decorations to enjoy our party. If there is a specific ingredient that you have to avoid we can check for it, so please do let us know.Like the others, this is just as fruity and doesn’t just taste watery which can make some Jellies disappointing. Now 9 years into motherhood and enthusiastic about finding great products and helpful solutions for busy families to make life more fun and easier too. Glitter Jelly was released in two flavours and not only did it look quite fancy with the shiny glitter, they tasted really fruity and wouldn’t stay in the bowl for very long.
