About this deal

Cuprinol Shed and Fence Protector- is a protective wood treatment for us on garden sheds and fences.

Previously Coated Timber: Remove any old loose or peeling coatings and sand back, ensuring any dust is removed. Removes biological growth, including black fungal growth, green mould and algae on any wooden surface. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.Protect you wood from rot, decay, wood burrowing insects and wood discolouring fungi like blue stain. in 1 innovation gives the speed and ease of a sprayer combined with the control and precision of a brush. Any non-preservative treated softwood timber should be treated with an appropriate wood preserver such as Sadolin Quick Dry Wood Preserver (do not apply water-repellent preservative treatments).

A UV-resistant, deep penetrating, low odour protective treatment for all exterior wood, including garden fence panels and posts. Surfaces already coated with a wood stain such as Timbashield Wood Protector or Timbashield Shed and Fence Protector should be allowed to naturally weather for a year and do not need the additional sanding step and just need to be thoroughly cleaned before reapplication. New fence panels can be treated with a clear or coloured wood preservative to protect against mould, algae, insect attack and wood rot.

Please note that the due to the differences in porosity of some wooden surfaces, rough sawn, absorbent wood will have a darker finish than harder smooth wood. If more comprehensive protection is required then apply a preservative to protect against fungal growth and wood boring insects. Brush: Always use a good quality brush that is recommended for use on the surface type to be treated. Protect and preserve interior and exterior wood against rot, mould, algae, fungal growth, insect attack and more with these treatments and woodworm killers.

A solvent-based wood preservative that offers microporous protection against wood rot, fungi, decay and mould. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately displays the true colour of the end treated product and always recommend testing on an inconspicuous area before beginning your project. Bitumen, rubber and some plastic based materials may soften or swell in contact with the fluid or solvent vapour.

A high quality acrylic binder that includes waxes to give all external timber long lasting protection. It contains repellents to help resist rain penetration and weathering and penetrates deep into the wood to give a natural, rustic colour to your shed or fence.

These products provide everything needed to ensure that fence panels and posts stay protected and looking good for longer. We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible however screens variations and different surfaces can alter this. Its oxide pigments mean it can cover previous treatment (final colour may appear darker and need 2+ coats). Timbashield Shed and Fence Protector combines natural oils and waxes with core shell technology to give premium wood protection for exterior wood.Mine arrived and they are of good quality, I have not used them yet as waiting for my pressure treated fence to dry out as recommended. I deducted a star because some of the new fences have rounded tops and when I tried to slide the protector down the fence the top was too tight. Always ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry, and free from any contaminates which may affect adhesion. Unfortunately in the event you do not like the colour we are unable to accept the product back if they it has been opened.
